Michael Fischer took up the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Bender on 1 January 2026. Along with Michael Breuer (CEO) he will form part of the two person management team.

Michael Fischer已于2026年1月1日就任本德尔首席技术官 (CTO)。他将与首席执行官Michael Breuer共同组成公司的双人管理团队。

Michael Fischer has been responsible for R&D at Bender since 1 September 2024 and has driven forward significant structural and organisational initiatives during this time, which provide the basis for the consistent further development of the Bender product portfolio.

Michael Fischer自2024年9月1日起便已在本德尔负责研发工作。在此期间,他推动了多项重要的结构和组织举措,为本德尔产品组合的持续发展奠定了基础。

The 58-year-old experienced engineer previously led international development projects and large engineering teams, successfully implementing innovative software and hardware solutions together with his teams. He has over 25 years of experience in software and hardware development in the automotive industry. Among other things, he has held various management positions at Continental Automotive.
